When you join as a full-time employee, you’re entitled to 27 days annual leave each year. Then 29 days after 5 years, and 33 days after 10 years’ service.
HELP WITH TRAVEL
With season ticket loans, a car lease scheme and pool cars on some sites - we have lots of ways to help you get to work and between sites quickly and easily.
We like to grow our own talent, providing you with lots of opportunities to develop and progress within the organisation, improving care and enhancing your career at the same time.
CAR LEASE SCHEME
Our car benefit scheme is like Netflix for cars. For a fixed monthly amount, you get a shiny new car and then we sort out everything else, including insurance, road tax, replacement tyres, servicing, MOT and breakdown. You just add fuel!
BIKE 2 WORK
Faster, healthier, cheaper... the benefits of commuting to work by bike really do add up. Work for us and you'll qualify for tax free entitlement on bikes.
HELP WITH CHILDCARE
Having children and working is a big job. You can take advantage of subsidised play schemes, tax-free childcare vouchers and excellent maternity/paternity support.
We think our staff are pretty amazing, so we find lots of opportunities to recognise good work with schemes like employee and team of the month, and our annual Quality Awards.
Career breaks allow you to take an extended period of unpaid leave with an agreement to resume working again on a specified date. A career break can last between three months and three years and the scheme is open to all employees with at least one year's service.
We offer a generous relocation package of up to £8,000 for some positions (including nurses) for new employees who are moving 40 miles or more.
Our staff work really hard, so we've secured hundreds of discounts and savings on everything from high street stores to restaurants and family holidays.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH
Your health is just as important as our patients, and we have a great range of services to help you stay in top form, including physiotherapy, counselling services and gym facilities on some sites.
It's really important to create a balance between your personal and professional lives. Many colleagues use some form of flexible working, such as flexi-time, annualised hours, flexible retirement and career breaks. We also have special leave arrangements for parents, carers, adoption, study leave and civic duties.
